Lovely Events provides a Day-of-Coordination package that allows you to relax into your day and experience all the exciting moments that come with it.
A few items included in our HELLO LOVELY package are:
- Initial Wedding consultation.
- Preferred Vendor List.
- Review of all vendor contracts.
- Two planning meetings.
- Final ceremony and reception site walk through.
- Detailed event timeline.
- One-hour onsite orchestration of the Wedding Rehearsal.
- Ten hours of onsite coordination and management of the wedding day
- Confirmation of rental orders
- Direction of the setup and/or transition between ceremony, reception and breakdown/load-out
- Coordination and direction of wedding timeline and checklist
- Quarterback of Team Wedding, Lovely Events will be onsite for any and all wedding day needs
- Extensive Bridal and event emergency kit (so damn near anything that might happen, we can fix!)
THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
DAMN LOVELY

The ultimate package for the lavish couple. Lovely Events provides a complete design and coordination package that allows you to be hands-on with all the fun stuff. We are your personal assistant for all things wedding. We do all the hunting and gathering so that you are able to sit back and focus on what best suits your personal style.
A few noteworthy items included in our DAMN LOVELY package are:
- Initial wedding consultation and planning tools
- Event concept design, inspiration boards, coordination of rentals and decor
- Preferred vendor list and contract negotiations
- Budget management
- Menu and bar planning
- Detailed event timeline
- One 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
- Includes day of coordination
PARTIAL COORDINATION
LOVE ME LOVELY
$4,500 - $6,500
Lovely Events provides a partial coordination package that allows you to pick the brain of a wedding and event planner for design details and logistical questions one year prior to your event.
The ultimate package for the couple who has the majority of their wedding already planned and contracted and would like an expert opinion on style, etiquette, and tips that will make their day unforgettable in addition to rehearsal and wedding day coordination. Consider us your personal wedding consultant.
A few items included in our LOVE ME LOVELY package are:
- Three meetings within the year prior to your event
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence
- Signature styling suggestions
- Final Ceremony and reception site walkthrough
- Vendor confirmations
- Detailed event timeline
- One 1 hour ceremony rehearsal
- Includes Day of Coordination (10 hours)
