You’ve planned the celebration of your dreams and now you need someone to ensure that every detail is showcased just the way you envisioned it.
Lovely Events provides a Day-of-Coordination package so that you can relax and enjoy your day and all the excitement that comes with it. Three months prior to your wedding, we’ll step in and tackle logistics and organization to make sure that every last detail takes shape, just as you’ve planned.
- Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
- Up to 20 hours of Shared Planning and Coordination
- Three total meetings (one to be incorporated with a site visit to your venue)
- Unlimited email correspondence for three months prior to wedding
- Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget
- Detailed Event Timeline
- Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal unless ceremony is at a church in which case the church coordinator would run the rehearsal
- Teach and demonstrate the appropriate way to walk down the aisle
- 10-Hours of Day-Of Coordination from one lead wedding planner and one wedding assistant – additional hours may be requested at $100/hr per associate
- Manage wedding vendors per discussions –Lovely Events will be available in person and by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors. Coordination of set up and repack/load out of all wedding décor, favors, etc.
- Instruct wedding party of their duties, Oversee ushers & guest book attendants
- Assist and direct vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception sites
- Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
- Provide extensive Bridal Emergency Kit
- Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
- Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect
- Orchestration the wedding ceremony– properly line up processional & cue Musicians
- Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances
- Pack up all items and gifts in family members car before send-off
**This package is created for a ONE day event. If you require planning and/or coordination for a multiple day event, a custom planning package will be created for you.
Services may be booked within 1.5 years of the event. We book a maximum of 20 Hello Lovely Packages per year, so that we can provide you with the very best individualized service.
